Job summary

HKEX - Hong Kong Exchanges & Clearing Limited is seeking a capable professional to join our Trading Platform development and support teams. You will analyze changes, craft test documentation, and collaborate across IT and business stakeholders.

The role requires at least 3 years of relevant experience, a degree in a related field, and strong English and Chinese communication skills to translate technical concepts into business terms. Location: Exchange Square, Hong Kong SAR.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of system development / client support experience in Trading Platform.
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
Experience in financial services / telecom or regulated orgs is a plus.
Knowledge of trading platform, market practices and derivatives preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to translate system language to business terms in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

Analyze impact of functional and operational changes; prepare documentation for stakeholders.
Analyze technical and operational system requirements; create and review test documentation.
Execute and verify results of testing cycles under tight schedule.
Participate in investigation process for issues identified.
Collaborate with IT teams and users to ensure project success.
Undertake assignments and projects as delegated by supervisor.
