Job summary

Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX) is seeking a dedicated professional to monitor market maker performance in derivatives. You will collaborate with Sales, Product Development, Trading Operations and IT to drive monitoring initiatives and improve client services.

The role requires strong numerical and analytical skills, excellent English and Chinese, and experience with Excel, VBA, and ideally Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics or similar.
• 3+ years in financial industry; derivatives operations preferred.
• Fluency in English and Chinese; Excel and VBA required; Power BI advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Monitor market maker performance in derivatives markets.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Development, Trading Operations and IT on monitoring initiatives.
• Liaise with market makers and handle inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Undertake special projects and ad hoc assignments as required.
