Job summary

HN Group Limited in Macau seeks a creative and business-minded manager to oversee daily operations across retail stores, the sales team, warehouse, distribution, and online channels.

You will drive business development through channel expansion and new lines, lead a multi-site team, and craft plans in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus. Willingness to be hands-on and travel within China is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience in both retail and distribution.
• Experience in pharmaceutical product distribution and pharmacy operations preferred.
• Entrepreneurial and creative with marketing/business ideas.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate a team.
• High-level multitasking and strong analytical skills.
• Proficient in English and Cantonese (Mandarin a plus).
• Willingness to be hands-on and perform micro-level work when required.
