About the Department
The Cyber Security Department is responsible for enhancing the resilience of the Club's information, information systems, and network infrastructure. It also identifies security threats and vulnerabilities and manages associated risks, ensuring compliance with local cyber laws and regulations.
Job Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Alignment
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to develop cybersecurity strategies aligned with the Club's objectives.
- Oversee initiatives that deliver value, maintain secure operations, and mitigate risks.
- Stay informed on emerging cyber trends and regulatory requirements to keep strategies proactive and compliant.
- Portfolio Management
- Manage a portfolio of critical cybersecurity services, ensuring quality delivery and continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain the Book of Work (BOW) for cybersecurity initiatives.
- Report on the status and performance of cyber initiatives to stakeholders.
- Metrics & Reporting
- Define KPIs and metrics to measure effectiveness of cybersecurity strategies.
- Present regular reports to leadership on portfolio performance and risks.
- Business Integration
- Promote cybersecurity awareness and collaborate with stakeholders for seamless integration.
- Leadership & Team Development
- Lead and mentor cybersecurity teams.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Inclusive Culture & Employee Resilience
- Develop resilience programs and promote employee well-being.
- Encourage open communication and diverse perspectives.
- Transformation & Operating Model
- Oversee deployment of the IGNITION Operating Model.
- Spearhead the adoption of DevSecOps and security by design.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, IT, or related; Master’s preferred.
- 10+ years in business management, risk governance, or related fields.
- Strong skills in monitoring KPIs and analytics.
- Proficiency with project and portfolio management tools (e.g., Power BI, Trello).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience fostering an inclusive workplace and promoting employee well-being.
Terms of Employment
