Leading Taiwanese bank in Hong Kong is seeking a Manager - Deposit Team Head to lead deposit operations and deliver reliable service to customers.

You will oversee daily team operations, set priorities, review workflows, and coordinate with internal teams to meet service standards, focusing on accuracy and timely delivery. Strong leadership and knowledge of deposit products are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree holder with experience in deposit-related banking operations.
Strong knowledge of deposit products and service processes.
Ability to organize daily priorities and ensure accurate operational delivery.
Experience guiding a team through routine and complex operational matters.
Ability to review workflows and improve practical ways of working.
Clear communication skills for working with internal stakeholders.

Responsabilités

Lead the day-to-day operation of the deposit team to deliver consistent banking services.
Oversee deposit-related activities and ensure work is completed accurately and on time.
Set clear priorities for the team and monitor progress against operational needs.
Review team workflows and identify practical improvements to service delivery.
Handle complex deposit matters and provide clear guidance to colleagues.
Work with relevant internal teams to coordinate deposit service requirements.
Monitor service quality and address operational issues in a timely manner.
Prepare clear updates on deposit operations for relevant stakeholders.
