Dr. William Cheung & Associates is a multi-specialty dental practice with a long history, seeking a dedicated dental assistant to support dentists in a dynamic, patient-focused environment. You will handle instrument preparation, infection control, and front-line patient care to ensure smooth visits.

We value teamwork, bilingual communication in English and Chinese, and a commitment to ongoing professional learning. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year dental assistant experience preferred
• Fluent in English and Cantonese and Mandarin
• Polite, attentive and responsible with a strong commitment to patient care
• Proactive, diligent and eager to learn with good communication skills and team spirit
• Immediate availability preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists with general dental treatments and various dental surgical procedures
• Provide attentive care to ensure a smooth and comfortable patient experience
• Dental supplies and equipment management; inspect instruments and supplies regularly
• Prepare instruments, equipment and materials before appointments
• Infection control: clean, disinfect and sterilize instruments per clinic standards
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the clinic and treatment rooms

Assist dentists with general dental treatments and various dental surgical procedures

Provide attentive care to ensure a smooth and comfortable patient experience

Dental supplies and equipment management

Manage and regularly inspect dental instruments and medical supplies

Ensure all instruments, equipment, and materials are sufficient and prepared before appointments

Infection control

Clean, disinfect, and sterilize dental instruments in accordance with clinic standards

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the clinic and treatment rooms
