Le Méridien Hong Kong, Cyberport is looking for an Assistant Chef to support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations at our Western restaurant. You will help maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation and cleanliness, while upholding food safety and hygiene requirements.

Candidates should have at least 4 years of relevant Western restaurant experience and knowledge of health and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of relevant experience in a Western restaurant.
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
