Job summary

Gravitas Recruitment Group Hong Kong is seeking a Delta-One / Equity Swap Trade Support professional to oversee end-to-end middle office operations in Hong Kong. The role involves managing trade lifecycle events, supervising an operations team, and coordinating with front office desks and clients.

The successful candidate will drive risk controls, regulatory compliance, and digital transformation initiatives including AI and workflow automation within APAC markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of middle office or trade support experience in an investment bank or prime brokerage.
• On-site work arrangement in Hong Kong for two weeks starting 16/09/2026.
• Right to work in Asia and YSW 2015 standard certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily processing, trade matching, exception handling, and reporting for equity swaps, ETFs, and synthetic products.
• Supervise and develop the operations team to ensure efficient trade resolution.
• Serve as operational liaison to front office and clients for trade lifecycle events and escalations.
• Implement risk controls and ensure regulatory compliance across APAC region.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive automation and AI-driven workflow improvements.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, risk, and technology teams to optimise post-trade infra and provide metrics to senior stakeholders.
