Tf International Securities in Hong Kong seeks an executive to lead Delta One and Equity Finance, building and steering a high-impact desk focused on trading, financing and investment solutions. You will drive strategy, product delivery and profitability while collaborating across Banking and Markets teams.

The role requires senior leadership, strong market knowledge of TRS, equity financing and securities lending, and the ability to manage risk and P&L.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, economics, mathematics, engineering or related discipline.
• At least eight years of relevant Delta One/Equity Finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of TRS and institutional equity financing.
• Experience in client origination, transaction execution and revenue generation.
• Strong pricing, hedging, funding and risk management understanding.
• Proven leadership of a trading or financing team.
• Holder of or eligible for relevant SFC licences.
• Fluency in English and Chinese.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute strategy, product roadmap and financial targets for Delta One and Equity Finance.
• Leverage existing institutional brokerage relationships to identify clients’ investment, financing, hedging and liquidity needs.
• Originate and execute TRS, margin financing, ETFs, equity baskets and other approved Delta One solutions.
• Develop stock borrowing and lending business including sourcing, inventory management, pricing, collateral and actions.
• Oversee pricing, execution, hedging and lifecycle management.
• Manage funding, financing spreads, margin requirements, collateral, haircuts and balance-sheet usage.
• Own desk P&L and manage market, counterparty, liquidity and risk.
• Collaborate with Sales and Research to develop client solutions based on demand and market views.
• Coordinate with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Treasury, Finance, Operations, and Technology to scale processes.
• Ensure proper client order priority, best execution, confidentiality and conflicts management.
• Define team structure, recruit and develop personnel, maintain supervision and control.
