Job summary

TF International Securities Group Limited seeks a Head of Delta One & Equity Finance to build and lead a core team and to develop a broader range of trading, financing and investment solutions for institutional clients in Hong Kong. The role encompasses strategy, product delivery, funding, risk management and desk profitability.

You will originate opportunities, manage pricing and hedging, and collaborate with Investment Banking on eligible financing and hedging opportunities, while ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, economics, mathematics, engineering or a related discipline.
• At least eight years of relevant experience in Delta One, Equity Finance, Prime Services, securities financing or stock borrowing and lending.
• Strong knowledge of TRS, institutional equity financing, margin and collateral management, SBL, ETFs, equity baskets and listed derivatives.
• Proven experience in building and leading a trading/financing team.
• Experience in product approvals, transaction documentation and front-to-back implementation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategy, product roadmap and financial targets for Delta One and Equity Finance.
• Leverage existing institutional relationships to identify investment, financing and hedging requirements.
• Originate and execute TRS, institutional margin, ETFs, equity baskets and other Delta One solutions.
• Develop stock borrowing and lending, including sourcing, inventory, pricing, collateral and actions.
• Oversee pricing, execution, hedging and lifecycle management.
• Manage funding, financing spreads, collateral, margins and balance-sheet usage.
• Own the desk’s P&L and manage risks (market, counterparty, liquidity, etc.).
• Collaborate with Sales and Research to develop client solutions.
• Coordinate with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Treasury, Finance, Operations and Technology for front-to-back processes.
• Establish frameworks for approvals, documentation, valuation, limits and escalation.
