Job summary

Morgan Mckinley Limited seeks a motivated Analyst or Associate for the APAC Delta One Trading desk in Hong Kong. The role combines client trading support across index products and equity swaps with developing pricing tools, risk analytics, and workflow automation to drive desk efficiency.

Responsibilities include daily trading support, pricing inquiries, and P&L monitoring, plus building quantitative applications and automated data pipelines to enhance scalability.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of Trading Assistant experience within Delta One, Equity Financing, Prime Brokerage, Program Trading, or Equity Derivatives.
• Strong Python programming skills for building tools, analytics, or automation and solid SQL experience.
• Exposure to Streamlit, Power BI, APIs, or data integration tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily APAC Delta One trading activities, client pricing inquiries, order execution, position/P&L monitoring, and tracking index rebalance events.
• Design, build, and maintain quantitative pricing applications, risk models, and trader-facing tools for inventory management and trading decisions.
• Create automated data pipelines, interactive dashboards, and streamlined workflows to eliminate manual processes and improve desk scalability.
