Job summary

Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Delta-One trader to price, trade and manage the Delta-One book. You will develop quantitative tools and models to support trading and risk management, while partnering with sales to grow the franchise.

The role requires a degree in a quantitative field and 5+ years in Delta-One or related areas, with strong coding and communication skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset to act as a business stakeholder.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Delta-One trading or related areas.
• Strong expertise in pricing, trading, market making, and risk management of Delta-One products.
• Proficient in quantitative analysis and coding.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to act as a stakeholder in the business.
• Keen interest in staying at the forefront of new quantitative tools and models.
• Strong communication skills, collaborative mindset, and ability to perform under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Price and trade equity Delta-One products.
• Manage risk across the Delta-One trading book.
• Conduct market making and help grow the franchise.
• Develop and apply quantitative tools, models, and coding solutions to support trading and risk management.
• Partner with sales to support client activity and expand Delta-One capabilities.
