Job summary

Bright Smart Securities International (H.K.) Limited invites applications for an entry-level dealing role in Hong Kong. You will execute dealing orders, handle client inquiries on account opening and instructions, and monitor orders and margins.

The role involves reporting and maintaining client relationships, with opportunities for on-the-job training. We value good English and Chinese communication, ability to work under pressure, and a customer-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Holder of SFC license RA1 and RA2 is an advantage.
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience in stocks, futures & options.
• General knowledge in global stocks and futures trading.
• Familiar with Sharp Point system is a plus.
• Good team player, able to work under pressure and willing to learn.
• Problem-solving skills and customer-oriented.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Cantonese and Putonghua.

Responsibilities

• Execute dealing orders for global securities and futures market.
• Handle clients’ enquiries on the account opening process.
• Handle daily phone/online enquiries and perform clients’ account instructions.
• Monitor client’s orders and margin level, conduct margin call when necessary.
• Match daily transaction records and trade position and compile various trading reports.
• Maintain good relationship with existing clients, and from time to time explore and develop new customers.
• Assist in daily operation of dealing room and ad hoc duties.
