Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong seeks a Data Business Analyst and Project Manager to drive data-enabled initiatives across retail operations and analytics teams. You will own end-to-end project governance, translate complex data concepts for senior stakeholders, and coordinate cross-functional delivery with data engineering and front-end BI teams.

The role requires proven PM experience in data or enterprise systems, strong ownership, proactive problem-solving, and excellent communication skills

• Proven track record leading data, analytics, or enterprise system implementation projects.
• Proficiency in modern project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Gantt charts, RAID logs).
