Chanel Hong Kong Limited seeks an Assistant Manager, Data Intelligence for the Fragrance and Beauty division. You will transform multi-source data into actionable insights that drive marketing effectiveness, retail performance, and strategic decisions.

Leading dashboards and analytics, you will partner with Marketing, Retail, CRM and Finance to deliver scenario planning, executive-ready narratives, and a true single source of truth for data governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of analytics, BI, or performance analysis experience in retail or luxury sectors.
• Strong Excel and BI tool proficiency with end-to-end analytics ability.

Responsibilities

• Transform complex, multi-source data into actionable insights for marketing, retail and strategy.
• Lead development of scalable dashboards and analytics frameworks for enhanced decision-making.
• Provide strategic insights on sales, marketing effectiveness, and category dynamics.
• Partner with Marketing, Retail, CRM and Finance to enable data-driven planning and storytelling.
