Job summary

FABCOM, an award-winning integrated marketing consultancy, is seeking a MarTech/Data Analytics specialist in Hong Kong. You will join a team of MarTech specialists and data analysts to push excellence across the data lifecycle in a fast-paced media environment.

You will design data pipelines, optimize SQL queries, and collaborate with vendors to integrate data from multiple sources. You will document processes and mentor teammates to ensure reliable, scalable data solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–3 years in data analytics, BI or MarTech.
• Deep understanding of media agency workflows.
• Strong planning, organizational and project management skills.
• Proven people manager with mentoring ability.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and monitor data pipelines consolidating data from media platforms.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, views and automated transforms.
• Collaborate with external vendors to integrate data from multiple sources into central data platforms.
• Validate data integrity and troubleshoot pipeline failures.
• Document data flows and business logic clearly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into data solutions.
