Job summary

HKT, part of the PCCW Group in Hong Kong, seeks a Sales/Data Analyst to extract insights from data and support revenue growth. You will mine, clean, and explore data, perform ETL, and map data across local and cloud platforms.

You will analyze sales performance, design dashboards, build data models, and help evaluate AI performance. The role requires proactivity, teamwork, and bilingual English/Chinese.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science or related field.
• Experience in SQL is a must; also required are Python, GCP BigQuery, AWS Redshift, Microsoft SQL Server and Excel.
• Practical experience with Tableau is an advantage.
• Proactive and passionate about data.
• Great team player and willing to learn.
• Proficient in English and Chinese.

Analyze sales performance across various lines of business to maximize revenue and leverage cross-selling.

Design and enhance reports and dashboards using visualization tools for stakeholders across the group.

Create data models, customize instructions, create a glossary, and evaluate AI performance.

To succeed in this role:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science or other relevant disciplines.

Experience in SQL is a must, Python, GCP BigQuery, AWS Redshift, Microsoft SQL Server, Excel.

Practical experience in working with visualization tools particularly Tableau is an advantage.
