Job summary

DayOne is seeking an Operations and Maintenance technician to uphold the reliability of critical data center infrastructure in Hong Kong. You will monitor and maintain cooling, power distribution, UPS, generators, and fire suppression systems, and help implement new equipment.

You will also perform preventive maintenance, respond to alarms, coordinate with vendors, and contribute to health and safety programs and continuous improvement within a growing international team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain critical infrastructure systems including Cooling, power distribution, UPS, generators, and fire suppression systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on all equipment.
• Respond to alarms and incidents, performing troubleshooting and repairs as needed.
• Assist in the implementation of new systems and equipment.
• Record and analyse data from monitoring systems to ensure optimal performance.
