Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Data Center Project Manager to lead mission-critical construction and infrastructure projects. You will manage end-to-end delivery, oversee contractors and budgets, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 5+ years in data centers or critical facilities, strong stakeholder management, and certifications such as PMP/PRINCE2/LEED are advantageous. This is an 18-24 month contract based in Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Building Services, Project Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in data centers, critical facilities, MEP, construction, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong experience managing project schedules, budgets, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of critical systems such as power, cooling, UPS, or related infrastructure is preferred.
• PMP, PRINCE2, LEED or other certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from planning to closeout.
• Lead project schedules, budgets, risks, and reporting.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, vendors, and client stakeholders.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive delivery within data center and critical environments.
• Support risk management, issue resolution, and change control processes.
