Data Center E&M QA & Change Lead

Job summary

Leadingnation is seeking an experienced professional to review and approve E&M changes for our data centre operations. You will independently assess submissions, verify documentation, and conduct onsite validations to ensure compliance with standards and procedures.

In addition, you will lead process-change initiatives, identify inefficiencies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements. Strong English and Chinese communication, plus 8–10 years in E&M, are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering.
• 8-10 years of experience in E&M systems, facility operations, or engineering change management.
• Strong understanding of data centre systems including UPS, HVAC, Electrical, fire protection, and Generator System.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, problem-solving skills, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and conduct onsite validations.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• E&M Change Review and Approver: Independently review and approve technical change submissions from the Facility Management team.
• E&M Change Review and Approver: Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with internal standards.
• E&M Change Review and Approver: Conduct onsite checks and verify that operations match the approved change scope and procedures.
• E&M Change Review and Approver: Identify risks or procedural gaps and recommend corrective actions.
• E&M Change Review and Approver: Maintain impartiality and act as a neutral third-party reviewer.
• E&M Change Review and Approver: Ensure alignment with engineering, safety, and change protocols.
• E&M Change Review and Approver: Document review outcomes and communicate decisions to stakeholders.
• Support and Drive Process Change Within the Company: Lead initiatives to improve workflows and operational procedures.
• Support and Drive Process Change Within the Company: Identify inefficiencies or gaps in current practices and propose transformation strategies.
• Support and Drive Process Change Within the Company: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
• Support and Drive Process Change Within the Company: Develop and set company-wide process standards for consistent adoption across all departments.
• Support and Drive Process Change Within the Company: Promote a culture of quality assurance and continuous improvement.
• Support and Drive Process Change Within the Company: Monitor effectiveness of implemented changes and adjust strategies as needed.
