Job summary

Fonda Global Engineering Pte Ltd. is seeking a Quality Assurance/QA Lead to manage QA processes, audits, and continuous improvement for facility management operations. The role focuses on ISO compliance, QMS documentation, and performance monitoring.

You will coordinate audits, manage CAPAs, validate data in CMMS/CAFM systems, and support incident governance while ensuring vendor adherence to contract specifications and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in mechanical/electrical, facilities management or quality.
• ISO 9001 Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor certificate is an advantage.
• Knowledge of TIA-942, SS 564, SS 553, SS 568, and DC/mission-critical standards.

Responsibilities

• Review FM processes, SOPs, EOPs, workflows and checklists for ISO compliance.
• Assist in QA/QMS policy development and improvement.
• Coordinate internal and vendor audits; track NCRs and CAPAs.
• Analyze performance metrics and validate CMMS/CAFM data.
• Ensure vendor methods meet QA expectations and contract specs.
• Support incident/risk governance and root cause analyses.
• Maintain QA records and prepare management reports for audits.
