Job summary

SUNEVision, Hong Kong’s leading data centre provider, seeks a qualified reviewer to ensure technical changes, procedures, and critical infrastructure activities comply with approved standards. The role drives process standardization, governance, and continuous improvement across data center operations.

You will conduct onsite inspections and independent reviews of change submissions, identify risks, document findings, and communicate with stakeholders to uphold quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering.
• 8-10 years of experience in E&M systems, facility operations, or engineering change management.
• Strong understanding of Data Center systems such as UPS, HVAC, Electrical, fire protection, and Generator System.
• Experience in quality assurance, process management, auditing, or operational governance.
• Familiarity with E&M change control, MOP/SOP/EOP management, and facility operations.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently, conduct onsite inspections, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Independently review and approve technical change submissions from the Facility Management team.
• Ensure change documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with internal standards.
• Conduct routine inspections and onsite validations to verify that work activities are executed in accordance with approved MOPs, SOPs, EOPs, and change procedures.
• Identify operational risks, procedural gaps, issues, and abnormalities, and recommend corrective actions.
• Document review outcomes and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain impartiality and act as an independent reviewer of operational activities
• Prepare, maintain, and align standardized MOPs, SOPs, and EOPs across different data centers.
• Develop and maintain operational process standards to ensure consistent adoption and execution.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Facility Management teams to improve workflows and operational procedures.
• Support process transformation initiatives and drive continuous improvement across the organization.
• Monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes and recommend enhancements where necessary
• Conduct routine inspections of operational and change activities to ensure compliance with established procedures and standards.
• Follow up on identified findings to ensure timely closure and effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Report operational risks, non-conformities, and recurring issues to management.
• Support operational risk management initiatives and promote a culture of quality, compliance, and continuous improvement

Requirements

Technical Qualifications
