Job summary

ByteBridge seeks an experienced Site Manager to lead on-site construction execution for a high-profile Data Center project in Tseung Kwan O, Hong Kong. This role is fully on-site, overseeing daily construction activities, contractor coordination, quality control, EHS compliance, and progress monitoring for MEP and civil/fit-out works to meet strict data center standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Building Services Engineering, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• 5+ years on-site construction management experience, with at least 3 years in Data Center or mission-critical facilities.
• English, Cantonese and Mandarin proficiency for site coordination.

Responsibilities

• Stationed daily at the project site to manage construction activities, workmanship, site logistics and quality against drawings and specs.
• Supervise main contractors, MEP subcontractors and vendors; lead tool-box talks and site coordination meetings.
• Enforce strict quality control on materials and workmanship; oversee FAT/SAT and commissioning.
• Enforce EHS policies and local HK safety regulations to maintain zero-incident safety culture.
• Track critical paths, identify delay risks, and manage site instructions/change requests affecting budget or schedule.
• Liaise with Project Managers, Engineers, Client Representatives and HK statutory bodies/utilities.
