Job summary

EZSVS (Hongkong) Co., Limited is seeking a data center operations and IT asset management professional in Hong Kong. You will handle daily operations, manage asset inventories, perform on-site installation and relocation, and ensure CMDB/DCIM updates with strict compliance to safety standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in data center operations or IT asset management, and familiarity with ServiceNow, Maximo or DCIM tools, plus basic IT hardware knowledge.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in data center operations or IT asset management.
• Experience with asset management systems is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of IT hardware, electrical or mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with asset tagging and inventory audits.
• Ability to install and move equipment with precision.

Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: Handle physical asset processes including receiving, labeling, installation, relocation, and decommissioning.
• Inventory Maintenance: Conduct regular audits and cycle counts, update asset records, and ensure system data accuracy.
• On-Site Support: Perform equipment handling, rack installation, and cable management within the data center.
• Reporting & Documentation: Submit asset change reports and support updates to CMDB/DCIM.
• Compliance Adherence: Ensure activities follow policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
