Job summary

PFCC Group is seeking an experienced Data & Analytics Manager (Operational Analytics) to transform complex business challenges into practical analytics solutions across Fraud, Collections, Underwriting, and KYC Operations. You will lead end-to-end analytics delivery and collaborate with stakeholders to measure impact.

The role requires a strong background in retail banking analytics, hands-on Python/SQL, and proficiency with data visualization tools and GCP.

Qualifications

• University degree or above in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data/Information Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in retail banking analytics with modelling and AI/ML.
• Hands-on experience with Python, SQL/BigQuery, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or QlikSense.
• Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience in banking risk domains such as Fraud, Collections, Underwriting, or KYC is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Analyse large volumes of structured and unstructured data to identify trends, generate insights, and provide actionable recommendations across risk and operations.
• Apply advanced statistical techniques, predictive modelling, and AI/ML methods to develop practical and scalable analytics solutions.
• Identify emerging business needs and translate them into well-defined analytics use cases with clear methodologies, measurable outcomes, and business value.
• Lead analytics initiatives from solution design and validation through to implementation, performance tracking, and impact assessment.
• Partner with business, operations, and technology teams to implement analytics and AI solutions and establish performance measurement frameworks.
• Present complex analytical findings clearly to different audiences, translating data insights into practical recommendations for decisions.
• Share analytics best practices and contribute to a collaborative team environment focused on continuous improvement and innovation.

In this role, you will play a key part in transforming complex business challenges into practical analytics solutions, working closely with stakeholders across Fraud, Collections, Underwriting, and KYC Operations to deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements & Qualifications:

• University degree or above in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data/Information Management, or a related discipline.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex analytics clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work effectively across business, operations, and technology teams.
• Strong ownership and service mindset, with a focus on delivering practical solutions and improving customer communication and service outcomes.
