Job summary

Randstad Hong Kong Limited is seeking a Data & Insights Executive to join its Employee Benefits team. The role focuses on turning data into strategic insight, building dynamic Power BI dashboards, and supporting high-level client presentations and tenders.

You will analyze claims and market trends, collaborate with senior consultants, and prepare insightful packs for renewals and bids, helping clients optimize their corporate benefits strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in data visualization, insurance, or corporate consulting.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, MS Excel, and PowerPoint. Canva is a plus.
• Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin).
• IIQE Papers 1 & 2 are advantageous or willingness to obtain them.
• High attention to detail, strong numerical reasoning, and good project organization.
• Immediate or short notice is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and upgrade interactive Power BI dashboards to track client claims performance, portfolio KPIs, and broader market trends.
• Extract, clean, and validate complex datasets from multiple source systems.
• Synthesize data findings into polished client reports and tender documents using PowerPoint/Canva.
• Collaborate with senior consultants to formulate data-driven insurance and benefits strategies for corporate clients.
• Prepare pre-meeting insight packs, benchmarking analysis, and executive summaries for renewals and pitches.

• Prepare pre-meeting insight packs, benchmarking analysis, and executive summaries for client renewals and prospective business pitches.

Key Requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in data visualization, insurance, or corporate consulting (Bright, motivated Fresh Graduates with strong Power BI portfolio projects are welcome to apply).
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, MS Excel, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with design/presentation tools like Canva is a plus.
• Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin).
• Passing IIQE Papers 1 & 2 is advantageous (or a willingness to obtain them).
