Job summary

HTK seeks a highly analytical Manager to lead Enterprise Business Delivery reporting, analytics, and system enhancements in Hong Kong. You will own management information, identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve service performance and customer outcomes.

Responsibilities include leading BAU reports with Excel/SQL/Power BI or Qlik Sense, developing dashboards, validating data, and driving continuous improvement with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior management.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with extensive MIS/operational reporting experience.
• Experience in pension, insurance, banking or regulated environments is highly preferred.
• Advanced Excel with pivot, lookup, reconciliation and forecasting capabilities.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction, joins, aggregation, and validation.
• Hands-on experience in Power BI or Qlik Sense for dashboards and reporting.
• Understanding of governance and data quality management.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, with risk awareness and problem solving.
• Customer-centric mindset in reporting and service outcomes.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese/Putonghua) and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead BAU operational and management reports using Excel, SQL, and Power BI or Qlik Sense.
• Oversee dashboards, KPI packs, and reporting on service performance, enquiries, complaints, backlog, and turnaround time.
• Drive data validation, reconciliation, and analytical reviews across multiple data sources.
• Establish reporting controls and governance for accuracy and validation.
• Translate data into insights, highlighting trends, root causes, and actions.
• Lead reporting automation and continuous improvement to boost efficiency and decision-making.
• Manage system enhancements, UAT, data migration, and transformation initiatives.
• Prepare and present management reports and business reviews to senior management.
• Collaborate with operations, customer relations, technology to resolve issues and improve reporting.
• Lead ad hoc analysis and special projects with timely delivery.
• Coach and develop team members and allocate resources effectively.
