Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group is seeking a Data Analyst to join a global logistics project. You will support data analytics, business intelligence, and AI/ML initiatives across multiple markets.

You will work with Power BI dashboards, Microsoft Fabric data platforms, and SQL to build data models and ETL/ELT pipelines, applying ML techniques for forecasting and optimization. Strong communication with global teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics / Business Intelligence.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, including DAX, Power Query and data modelling.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Fabric and modern Microsoft data platforms.
• Strong SQL skills and good understanding of data warehouse concepts.
• Heavily preferred hands-on experience with Machine Learning / predictive analytics.
• Experience with Python, Pandas, Scikit-learn or similar ML libraries is advantageous.
• Experience working on global or large-scale projects.
• Logistics / supply chain / transportation background is a strong plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze global logistics, supply chain, transportation and operational data to identify trends and business insights.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports and data visualizations.
• Work extensively with Microsoft Fabric, including Data Lake, Data Warehouse and Data Engineering capabilities.
• Build and optimize data models, datasets and ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Apply Machine Learning techniques to support forecasting, prediction, optimization and business decision‑making.
• Work with data scientists / data engineers to develop and deploy ML models where required.
• Use Python or similar tools for data analysis, statistical modelling and ML.
• Collaborate with global business and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver data‑driven solutions.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy and consistency across analytics platforms.
