Job summary

Evolution Security Consulting Limited is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the delivery of multiple IT and cybersecurity projects. You will work closely with the Project Manager and cross-functional teams to monitor progress, prepare deliverables, and communicate developments to stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of project coordination experience, strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel/Word), and excellent organization and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or operations.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word; knowledge of Microsoft Project is a plus.
• Strong ownership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Project Manager to support the delivery of multiple projects simultaneously.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Consulting, Auditing, and Technical Testing) to monitor project progress and ensure smooth execution.
• Provide timely project status updates and communicate key developments to the Project Manager.
• Maintain and update project documentation, ensuring all required deliverables and final documentation packages are properly prepared upon project completion.
• Support project administration and assist in achieving project objectives within agreed timelines.
• 5-day work week.
