Vsceptre Limited is seeking an experienced cybersecurity professional in Hong Kong to lead client workshops, assess current security architectures, and design end-to-end security roadmaps aligned with risk appetite. You will translate requirements into actionable plans, implement security controls, and oversee full project lifecycles from design to handover.
Responsibilities include collaborating with engineers and vendor partners, producing documentation, and serving as a trusted advisor across
Lead client workshops to understand business objectives, risk exposure, regulatory considerations, and technical requirements.
Assess current-state security architectures, processes, controls, tooling, and operational maturity.
Design end-to-end cybersecurity architectures and solution roadmaps aligned with client priorities and risk appetite.
Translate security requirements into practical implementation plans, technical designs, statements of work, and success metrics.
Recommend appropriate controls and capabilities across cloud, applications, infrastructure, identity, data, and security governance.
Lead or oversee the full lifecycle delivery of cybersecurity projects, from design validation and planning through deployment, configuration, testing, and handover.
Implement and integrate security platforms and services, including SIEM, CSPM, cloud security, AI security, application security, code security, vulnerability management, and security automation solutions.
Collaborate with internal engineers, project managers, customer teams, and vendor partners to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Produce solution documentation, configuration records, test plans, operational runbooks, and handover materials.
Act as a trusted cybersecurity advisor throughout presales engagements, project execution, and service delivery reviews.
Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Security, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in cybersecurity consulting, security engineering, solution architecture, project delivery, presales, or a related field.
Experience with one or more areas such as SIEM, CSPM and cloud security, AI security, application and code security, vulnerability management, identity, network security, or endpoint security.
Familiarity with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud and their core security services.
Strong communication, consulting, documentation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
Willingness to travel or work at customer sites when required.
One or more recognised cybersecurity certifications, such as CISSP, CCSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, GIAC, OSCP, CEH, or equivalent.
Cloud security certification such as AWS Certified Security - Specialty, Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert, Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate, or Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer.
Experience working with cybersecurity technology vendors and translating product capabilities into customer outcomes.
