Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in information security, cybersecurity operations, IT compliance, audit or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity governance, security frameworks, risk assessment, vulnerability management and incident response.
• Hands-on experience with firewalls, endpoint protection, email security, IAM, vulnerability management and security monitoring tools.
• Good understanding of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Defender and cloud security technologies.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure administration is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with Apple device environments, including macOS, iPadOS and enterprise device management solutions.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, Security+, SC-200, SC-300 or AZ-500 are highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work effectively with internal users, leadership, auditors, vendors and security partners

Responsibilities

• Review and maintain the effectiveness of information security controls, platforms and processes in line with internal policies, audit requirements and industry standards.
• Coordinate internal and external security audits, compliance reviews, risk assessments and remediation activities.
• Administer and monitor cybersecurity technologies including firewalls, endpoint protection, email security, identity and access management and vulnerability management solutions.
• Work closely with the SOC and technology teams on threat monitoring, incident response, security investigations and remediation.
• Develop and promote security awareness initiatives including training, phishing simulations, anti-phishing campaigns and internal communications.
• Provide security guidance and operational support for Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Defender, Intune and related cloud services.
• Support security operations across Microsoft and Apple device environments, including macOS and iPadOS.
• Maintain security documentation, track control effectiveness and support continuous improvement of cybersecurity processes.
