Job summary

Canadian International School of Hong Kong (CDNIS) is seeking an Information Security Specialist to strengthen its cybersecurity program. The role reviews security controls, coordinates audits, and maintains governance documentation while supporting risk management and remediation efforts.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in information security, with strong knowledge of frameworks and cloud security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Security or related discipline.
• 5+ years of hands-on information security experience.
• Strong knowledge of frameworks, governance, audits, risk, vulnerability management, and incident response.
• Experience with security technologies and cloud/security platforms.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365/Azure AD and Apple device ecosystems is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Review, assess, and maintain the effectiveness of information security controls and processes.
• Coordinate internal and external security audits, assessments, and risk management activities.
• Administer and continuously improve cybersecurity technologies and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with SOC and technology teams for threat monitoring and incident response.
• Promote information security awareness through training and phishing simulations.
• Provide security guidance for Microsoft 365/Azure environments.
