Job summary

International School in Hong Kong seeks a Systems Security Engineer to manage core Microsoft ecosystems and support information security governance. You will administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Azure and related cloud services.

Responsibilities include threat monitoring, incident response, risk assessments, audits and remediation, working with SOC and technology teams to safeguard the school environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or Cybersecurity
• Around 5 years' experience in systems administration or information security
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune and Azure
• Solid understanding of IAM, endpoint and cloud security
• Experience with Defender, firewalls and security monitoring tools
• Certifications like CISSP/CISM/Security+ or Azure security certifications preferred

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune and Azure
• Manage identity and access management, endpoint and email security
• Provide operational support for user accounts, device management and cloud security
• Review security controls and audit readiness; coordinate audits and remediation
• Collaborate with SOC and IT teams on threat monitoring and incident response
