Job summary

Chef's Garden Limited is hiring a friendly and proactive Customer Services Assistant to join our growing team in Hong Kong. This role suits individuals who enjoy helping people and want to start or advance a career in customer service.

Full training and ongoing support will be provided to help you succeed. You will coordinate with production, warehouse, purchasing and sales teams, follow up orders, and assist in sales analysis reports.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above.
• 1 to 2 years of related work experience (Fresh graduates welcome).
• Customer-oriented with good telephone manner.
• Proficiency in MS applications.
• Attention to details, team-player and able to work independently.
• Immediately available is preferred.
• Discretionary year-end bonus.
• On the job training.
• Mon to Friday (Rotating shift on Saturday).
• Public holiday.
• 12 -17 days annual leave (Increased by 1 year each year based on seniority).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with production, warehouse, purchasing and sales team.
• Follow up customer orders and monitor stock availability.
• Prepare sales invoices, delivery notes, billing etc.
• Perform general administration duties and support to sales team.
• Handle customers' enquiries and follow-up orders.
• Assist in sales analysis reports.
