Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in marketing research (quantitative and/or qualitative).
• Strong attention to detail and ownership of data-heavy work.
• Proactive, reliable, and execution-oriented with accountability.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of quantitative and qualitative research projects.
• Analyze customer data, market trends, and competitor insights in insurance/financial services.
• Manage and process large datasets with accuracy.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and PowerPoint presentations with insights.
• Assist in questionnaire design, fieldwork coordination, and vendor management.
• Ensure high standards across research deliverables and data quality.
