Applicants should have a university degree with 2+ years in financial or insurance servicing, strong bilingual communication in English and Chinese, and the potential to obtain IIQE licenses.

Qualifications

• University graduate or matriculated with 2+ years in financial/insurance servicing.
• Proficient in written English and Chinese; fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• IIQE (Paper 1, 3 and 5) license holder preferred.
• Good communication and problem solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• To handle enquiries from distributors and customers.
• To provide one-stop service and solutions to distributors and customers in relation to procedure, payment, administration guidelines and case progress, etc.
• To provide recommendations in process review / revamp to streamline the workflow / procedures for efficiency gain.
• To assist in ad hoc projects as assigned.
