Job summary

Chubb Life in Hong Kong is seeking a seasoned customer servicing professional to act as the primary contact for brokerage and partnership channels, ensuring queries are addressed promptly and effectively. The role requires strong coordination with multiple teams and a client-centric mindset.

With at least five years in customer servicing and fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin), you will help refine servicing frameworks and participate in service enhancement projects to support distribution

Qualifications

• University graduate preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of solid experience in customer servicing, preferably with exposure to VIP, high-net-worth (HNW), affluent customer segments.
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese, with proficiency in spoken Mandarin.
• As a good team player, and with strong communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills, with the capability to resolve the issue(s) / concern(s) effectively and efficiently through coordination with other teams / departments
• With customer-centric mindset and be able to work under pressure
