Job summary

WeLab Bank seeks a patient, results-oriented loan specialist to manage the customer journey from inquiry to document submission. You will handle outbound calls to promote unsecured lending products, explain eligibility, and secure timely loan applications.

Form 5 graduates with strong communication and service mindset are preferred. The role requires ability to meet sales targets in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Form 5 graduate or above.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in telemarketing, telesales, customer engagement, call centre, or customer service roles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the loan application journey and serve as the primary contact for application enquiries and document follow-up.
• Proactively engage customers through outbound calls to promote unsecured lending products and convert customer interest into loan applications.
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers to obtain outstanding documents and ensure timely completion of application requirements.
• Guide customers on product features, eligibility criteria, document submission requirements, application procedures, and loan drawdown arrangements.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through professional and responsive communication.
• Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth application processing, status updates, and case resolution.
• Achieve individual sales, referral, and service performance targets while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support customer servicing initiatives, campaign activities, operational projects, and other ad hoc assignments as required by management.
