Job summary

Binance is seeking an experienced Wallet Product & Operations leader to own the crypto wallet strategy and daily exchange wallet operations. You will oversee deposits and withdrawals, ensure timely blockchain processing, and maintain high uptime while coordinating with engineering, risk, and compliance teams.

In a fast-paced 24/7 crypto environment, you will drive cross-functional initiatives, monitor risk controls, collaborate with regulators and external partners, and contribute to product

Qualifications

• 5+ years in crypto wallet operations, blockchain infrastructure, or related role.
• 8+ years in Product/Operations Management.
• Familiar with EVM, Polkadot, Cosmos and other blockchain technologies.
• Familiarity with on-chain analysis tools, DeFi protocols, and new projects.
• Knowledge of wallet custody models including Hardware wallet, MPC, HSM, KSM, Embedded Custody.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and analyze impact before decisions.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, 24/7 crypto environment; self-starter.
• Tradfi experience in Issuer Services & Custody is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily wallet operations including deposits and withdrawals.
• Monitor blockchain transactions to ensure timely processing and resolve delays or failures.
• Maintain uptime of exchange wallets and coordinate network upgrades and testing.
• Collaborate with Customer Support and other departments to resolve wallet-related issues.
• Drive wallet growth strategy and partner with regulators, auditors, and external parties.
