RedotPay is seeking a Treasury Operations Manager to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of the group's bank accounts worldwide, including opening, modification, and closure, while supporting daily maintenance and compliance. You will act as the key liaison with banking partners and manage treasury activities across crypto and fiat assets.

Responsibilities include on-chain transactions, liquidity management of hot wallets, inter-exchange transfers, and real-time wallet monitoring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Accounting, CS, or related field.
• 1-3 years of treasury/operations experience.
• Proficient in using blockchain explorers (e.g., Etherscan) and data analysis.
• Strong security awareness about private keys, seed phrases, hot and cold wallets.

Responsabilités

• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of group bank accounts worldwide: opening, modification, closure, maintenance.
• Serve as primary liaison between the company and banks for compliant account operations.
• Execute daily cryptocurrency deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and on-chain consolidations.
• Manage hot wallet balances across major exchanges to maintain liquidity.
• Perform daily reconciliation of digital currency and fiat assets to align book balances with actuals.
• Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies with relevant teams.
• Prepare treasury operation reports for Finance and management.
