Job summary

Xin Xiamen Capital Management (Hong Kong) Pte Limited is seeking a Trading System SRE to own the SME for in-house trading systems and microservices. You will bridge traders, tech teams, and exchanges to ensure a reliable, low-latency trading environment.

You will collaborate with developers on releases and act as the link between traders and external vendors, focusing on on-prem Kubernetes, gRPC, and data feeds to maintain high availability.

Qualifications

• Crypto experience is mandatory.
• 3+ years in Ops/SRE with strong Linux and networking fundamentals.
• Proficiency in Python/Shell scripting.
• Experience with C++ project deployment and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on with Kubernetes, PostgreSQL/MySQL, and ClickHouse.
• Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin).

Responsibilities

• Execute pre-market checks and monitor live trading.
• Ingest end-of-day data and reconcile PnL.
• Support on-prem Kubernetes/Service Fabric environments.
• Debug gRPC communication and multicast data feeds.
• Automate deployments (Ansible, GitLab, Octopus) and routine tasks.
• Build observability with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK and ClickHouse.
• Collaborate with traders and vendors on releases.
