Job summary

Animoca Brands Corporation Limited seeks a Senior Associate to manage day-to-day financial operations and reporting for a diverse portfolio of entities, including Web3 accounting and crypto reconciliation. You will handle monthly closings, audits, and policy development across multiple jurisdictions.

The role offers exposure to digital assets, tokenized projects, and a fast-paced, global finance team. Strong English, ERP skills, and independence are essential.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant accounting experience, mix of Big 4 audit and commercial accounting preferred.
• QP candidate / CPA is a plus.
• Proficiency in modern ERP systems (Oracle, NetSuite, Expensify).
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite is essential.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with external auditors for statutory audits and prepare accounting memos.
• Manage full-set bookkeeping for up to 20 entities across multiple jurisdictions.
• Handle daily accounting operations including monthly funding and cost recharges.
• Ensure invoices are accurately updated in the accounting system.
• Verify invoices and agreements with supporting documents and approvals.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and ledger accuracy.
• Manage crypto payments and reconcile with on-chain transactions.
• Develop accounting policies and procedures; support ad hoc tasks.
• Mentor junior team members and identify process improvements.
