You will build a robust intelligence database, perform hands-on UX testing, and translate findings into practical recommendations for product teams across regions, supporting strategic decision-making in a fast-moving crypto landscape.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management, industry or competitor research.
• Strong familiarity with cryptocurrency and on-chain usage.
• Familiarity with leading crypto products.
• High sensitivity to industry dynamics and changes, with proactive follow-up on new moves.
• Strong product sense and ability to identify meaningful innovation.
• Strong user empathy and evaluation of experiences from real users.
• International perspective across regional markets.
• Ability to benchmark competitors in major global markets.
• Excellent structured thinking and written output for clear conclusions and actionable insights.
• Good English reading and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Track competitors across CEX, Web3, and crypto payments, monitoring feature updates and business model changes.
• Build and maintain a competitor intelligence database to support product research.
• Conduct hands-on product walkthroughs and UX testing of competitor products.
• Identify innovations in business models, product functionality, and interaction design.
• Analyze product innovations for user value and regional applicability.
• Translate external innovations into practical optimization recommendations for product teams.
• Monitor industry developments across major markets, including regional differences.
• Produce monthly and quarterly industry and competitor analysis reports by business line.
• Combine industry reports and on-chain data to develop market insights.
