Responsibilities

  • Originate, price and execute primary and secondary market transactions across Structured Hedging, Financing and Scarce Resource Management activities.
  • Develop and manage relationships with Global Banks and other Financial Institution clients to identify and deliver financing, balance sheet optimization and risk management solutions.
  • Work closely with Trading, Structuring and Financing teams to originate, structure and execute bespoke client transactions.
  • Lead transaction execution, including pricing, term negotiation, documentation review and booking oversight.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to manage transaction lifecycle events, restructurings, amendments and other client-driven requests.
  • Analyze client funding, collateral, liquidity and regulatory requirements and develop tailored solutions to address their objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and guidelines (SHB, client onboarding, credit approvals, product governance, margin policies, restructuring policies, etc.).
  • Maintain effective coordination with Risk, Legal, Compliance, Operations, Middle Office and other control functions throughout the transaction lifecycle.
  • Contribute to business strategy, client coverage planning and the identification of new revenue opportunities across the Financial Institutions franchise.
  • Promote operational efficiency and identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve workflows and enhance client service.
  • Support knowledge sharing, mentoring and training of junior team members, interns and new joiners.
