Strong understanding of financial markets and different financial products.
Execution, mechanics and analytics.
Front to back processes.
Market infrastructure.
Minimum 2 years of execution trading/trade assistant/trade support experience.

Responsibilities

Provide execution services across different asset classes to portfolio managers globally.
Source liquidity through various execution channels and manage relationships with counterparties (banks/brokers).
Ensure best execution practices with low transaction slippage.
Monitor market moves/flow/themes, and highlight those to PMs if needed.
Monitor trade ideas from sell-side, and highlight those to PMs if needed.
