Job summary

WilliamSELECT, an international luxury fashion brand, is seeking a CRM Manager to lead data-driven customer relationship management in Hong Kong. You will analyze CRM data, present actionable insights, and translate observations into strategic changes for targeting and engagement.

You will develop loyalty programs, plan clienteling and VIP events, create engaging CRM campaigns, and support in-store events and seasonal gifting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in a related field.
• 8+ years CRM experience in Retail/Beauty/Luxury Fashion/W&J industry.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent bilingual English and Chinese.
• Experience in clienteling and VIP programs is a plus.
• HK-based or eligible to work in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

• Analyze CRM data, present findings and observations.
• Provide insights and translate into qualitative actions.
• Prepare and distribute periodical consumer management reports and dashboards, monitoring KPIs.
• Maintain database and ensure data accuracy.
• Identify consumer trends and propose target audiences for marketing purposes.
• Plan and implement clienteling and client development strategies and initiatives.
• Develop CRM engagement programs and coordinate VIP events.
• Organize seasonal gifting and support in-store events.
