Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Law, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years in Institutional Banking, Corporate Finance, Structured Finance, Venture Debt, or Credit Structuring.
• Experience structuring corporate lending products is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and structure corporate lending and financing products tailored to institutional and enterprise clients.
• Develop unsecured lending frameworks, revolving credit facilities, working capital loans, bridge financing, and venture lending products.
• Structure financing solutions for startups, growth‑stage companies, SMEs, and institutional borrowers.
• Support development of structured finance products including receivable financing, asset‑backed lending, and bespoke financing structures.
• Evaluate opportunities to expand into new lending verticals and financing solutions.
• Perform financial analysis and borrower assessments to evaluate repayment capacity and creditworthiness.
• Analyse financial statements, cash flows, capital structure, and debt servicing capabilities.
• Recommend appropriate collateral structures, covenants, pricing, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Partner with Risk and Credit teams to establish underwriting guidelines and portfolio risk parameters.
• Monitor market trends and emerging credit risks.
