Job summary

HTK in Hong Kong seeks a Credit Management Manager to lead credit risk policy formulation, guide a team, and oversee receivables, ensuring timely collections and strong financial controls. Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Professional accounting or finance qualification preferred (CPA, HKICPA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent).
• Strong accounting and financial analysis knowledge, ability to interpret financial statements, assess creditworthiness, and evaluate financial risks.
• Minimum 10 years' solid experience, including at least 3 years in a similar capacity.
• Strong leadership, proactive, enthusiastic.
• Strong analytical mind with good interpersonal and negotiation skills; exposure to market/economic environment.
• Preferably exposure to system implementation / conversion.

Responsibilities

• Plan and take proactive actions to minimize credit risk by formulating credit policy and procedures.
• Lead a team to carry out daily credit operations and accounts receivable management.
• Prepare MIS reports and statistics identifying high risk accounts and take immediate credit actions to minimize bad debts.
• Liaise with Sales Team to resolve disputes and outstanding accounts.
• Work with internal teams (Product Marketing and IT) to enhance mainframes and related systems.
• Identify areas of improvement and implement changes to increase productivity and service level.
• Review internal and external environments to recommend an effective corporate credit policy to management.
