Job summary

Edelman is seeking a Creative & Design Intern to help elevate client work, presentations, and ideation. You will assist the Design/Art Director in crafting fresh concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teams across brainstorming, development, and production stages.

Ideal candidates are fresh graduates or students in Graphic Design, Advertising, or Creative Media with a strong portfolio and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and AI design tools.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or current student in Graphic Design, Advertising, or Creative Media.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating work across social, print, film and experiential formats.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and AI design tools.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Cantonese.
• Detail-oriented with good time management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Eager to learn and collaborate in a fast-paced agency environment.

During the internship you will support up leveling the firm’s creative collateral for client work, presentations and idea brainstorming.

What You Will Be Working On

• Assist our Design/Art Director to design fresh new concepts for briefs and new business pitches
• Work closely with the creative, internal account teams and external clients to participate in all stages of the creative process, from brainstorming and conceptual development to execution and production

What We Are Looking From You

• Fresh Graduate in or pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, or Creative Media
• Strong portfolio with demonstrated examples working across formats and channels including social, print, film, and experiential
• Knowledge in Adobe Software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Premiere, After Effects)
• Experience using AI tools for design
• Desire to create fresh ideas and work in an integrated agency
• Attention to detail, time management skills, ability to multi-task, responsible
• Eager to learn and master new concepts
• Excellent spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Able to work for 2-3 days per week with a minimum contract period of 3 months
