Job summary

Simatelex Manufactory Co Ltd, based in Hong Kong, seeks a Costing Analyst to support customer quotations by calculating accurate product costs. You will gather data on material costs, labour hours, and machine hours from various systems and cross-functional departments.

The candidate should have a diploma or above in Business/Accounting/Statistics/Mathematics, with 1–2 years in manufacturing costing. Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, IF, Pivot Tables) and strong analytical abilities are essential;

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Business, Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics, or related disciplines.
• 1–2 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with exposure to costing and quoting processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including functions such as VLOOKUP, IF and Pivot Tables.
• A meticulous approach to verifying figures and identifying discrepancies in complex spreadsheets.
• Familiar with Bill of Materials (BOM) structures.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to develop, interpret, and communicate both qualitative and quantitative analyses.
• Good command of English and Chinese.

Analyze and interpret cost data to provide insights and recommendations that support management decision-making.

Requirements:
